Bolton Clarke is proposing an elevated, vertically-integrated community at this site with independent living apartments, assisted living apartments, residential aged care and in-home care services.
Council’s City Plan allows multi-storey buildings within this part of the Coorparoo business centre.
Council planning allows up to 16 storeys, and we are seeking approval for 18 storeys to optimise local social infrastructure.
Current planning status
Following the purchase of the site, the project is in the planning and approvals phase and a Development Application has been lodged. The project will shortly progress to Public Notification where the community and stakeholders may submit their views to Council, as the assessment authority.
