We’ve been part of the Coorparoo community for decades
Bolton Clarke delivers at-home support across Coorparoo and the district to allow seniors to live within their homes. This proposal will extend our support for the local community.
Focus on lifestyle and ageing in place
This proposal will allow Coorparoo locals of retirement age the opportunity to downsize and age in place. The Bolton Clarke at home support team will work from this site providing services to residents and other clients across Coorparoo. Bolton Clarke’s continuum of care model allows future residents choice in directing their health and wellbeing so they continue to live their best life.
Responding to current and future demand
The overall integrated retirement living and aged care proposal, will support an ageing community across South-East Brisbane, with the proportion of over 60s forecast to increase across the near future. This proposal will help address the demand for more age-appropriate dwellings, as the local population ages.
